This cake was for my sis's 1 year anniversary. It was lemon cake, vanilla butter cream with fondant icing. Filling was vanilla custard and fresh strawberries. SO GOOD!
This was my first attempt at a standard graduation cap. Had some issues getting it all to be edible but plan C worked out well. This was chocolate cake, chocolate butter cream and fondant/modeling chocolate icing and the filling was vanilla custard.
Another cap, tried something different for the cap, easier to work with but not as stiff as plan C. This cake was chocolate with peanut butter frosting and fondant. Filling was "Butterfingers". SO good!
Happy Father's day! Chocolate with chocolate butter cream, vanilla custard and fresh from my neighbor's garden strawberries. The cupcakes are chocolate with custard filling. Chocolate butter cream swirl and fresh strawberry fan.
